Subject description

This subject enables Dean's Scholars to put into practice the research and communication skills they have developed during their degree. Students will work in teams utilizing a variety of disciplinary perspectives to investigate a contemporary problem or an area of scholarly debate. Each student will then produce his or her own extended research project, which will incorporate some original research. This subject is intended as a preparation for an honours year or for research and report writing in the government, non-governmental and corporate world.
